On a tragic summer day in Inez, Kentucky, the life of 47-year-old Cainie Johnson Jr., a White male, was brutally cut short. On August 16, 2014, Johnson was found deceased alongside his girlfriend, Tina Yvonne Goble, 42, and her 8-year-old granddaughter, Trinity Janae Maynard. The gruesome discovery was made after firefighters responded to a blaze at a residence just outside the small town. It soon became clear that the fire was intentionally set to conceal a far more sinister act.
