Mibsam Wiggins, a 23-year-old African-American man, was fatally shot on the afternoon of May 3, 2013, in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. He and another man, 22-year-old Tremayne Jackson, were sitting in a car parked in a Walgreens parking lot on Warren Street when the deadly shooting occurred.
