In the late hours of June 17, 2020, a verbal altercation on Convict Pike in Flemingsburg, Kentucky, tragically cut short the life of 33-year-old Brent Allen Ross Tester. During the dispute, Alison Haines, then 20 years old, is said to have retrieved a handgun and fired a single shot that struck Tester. Emergency services transported the white male to Fleming County Hospital, but his injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced deceased by the county coroner.
