On a late Monday afternoon in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, the life of 18-year-old Nasir Kramer was tragically cut short. On June 29, 2026, at approximately 2:50 p.m., gunfire erupted at the intersection of Memorial Avenue and Lloyd Street, leaving three teenagers wounded. Kramer was rushed to the emergency room at UPMC Williamsport, but succumbed to his injuries, pronounced dead at 3:10 p.m. An autopsy later confirmed that the young man died from multiple gunshot wounds, and his death was ruled ...
