Amir Nobles, a 27-year-old man from Philadelphia, was tragically shot and killed on April 6, 2020, in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Nobles was found in his vehicle on Bridge Street early that morning, having suffered a gunshot wound to the head. The Lycoming County Coroner ruled his death a homicide.
