Amir Nobles, a 27-year-old man from Philadelphia, was tragically shot and killed on April 6, 2020, in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Nobles was found in his vehicle on Bridge Street early that morning, having suffered a gunshot wound to the head. The Lycoming County Coroner ruled his death a homicide.

El was charged with criminal homicide, first-degree murder, aggravated assault, and criminal use of a communication device.
However, in May 2023, homicide and related charges against El were withdrawn due to new information that necessitated further investigation. The Lycoming County First Assistant District Attorney stated that the investigation is ongoing and that additional charges are expected to be filed against other individuals involved in the shooting.
