Aaron Coty Lowry, a 30-year-old male of Lumbee ethnicity from Maxton, North Carolina, tragically died on June 1, 2014, in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Lowry was shot and killed outside a hookah lounge on West Third Street while attempting to intervene in a domestic dispute. According to reports, Rashwan Williams, a 32-year-old man from Philadelphia, was involved in the altercation.
