Kerry Dewayne Young, a 37-year-old male from Williamsport, PA, tragically lost his life on July 24, 2019. He was shot while driving his vehicle on West Fourth Street, and succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The incident was part of a series of violent events that shook the community during that period.
