Irahmeen Mills, a 25-year-old male from Williamsport, PA, tragically died on September 6, 2015. He was fatally shot outside a bar located at 762 W. Fourth St. According to the testimony during the trial, Mills was intoxicated and involved in an argument with Dwayne Jaleel Hall, who was later accused of the shooting.
