Joshua Santos, a 20-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on January 28, 2018, in Reading, Pennsylvania. He was one of four victims in a quadruple homicide that occurred in a row house on South 3rd Street. The incident took place around 7 p.m. when multiple individuals opened fire inside the residence.
