Joshua Santos, a 20-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on January 28, 2018, in Reading, Pennsylvania. He was one of four victims in a quadruple homicide that occurred in a row house on South 3rd Street. The incident took place around 7 p.m. when multiple individuals opened fire inside the residence. The other victims were identified as 20-year-old Jarlyn Lantigua-Tejada, 23-year-old Juan Rodriguez, and 23-year-old Nelson Onofre. Investigators believe the men were targe ...
