In the early morning hours of Halloween 2017, a 17-year-old Hispanic male named Isaiah Alberto Colon was found injured in Reading, Pennsylvania. City patrol officers discovered him near Moss and Spring streets around 2 a.m. and he was transported to Reading Hospital. There, the young man was pronounced dead from a gunshot wound to his upper body.
