Nelson Onofre, a 23-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on January 28, 2018, in Reading, Pennsylvania. He was one of four victims shot and killed in a first-floor apartment in a row home. The other victims were identified as 20-year-old Jarlyn Lantigua-Tejada, 23-year-old Juan Rodriguez, and 20-year-old Joshua Santos.
