Josmar Ceballos, a 28-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically passed away on August 21, 2022, in Reading, Pennsylvania. He was fatally shot in the 300 block of McKnight Street around 6:00 PM. When police arrived at the scene, they found Josmar deceased, and a 49-year-old male was also injured and later treated at Tower Health, Reading Hospital.
