Elmer Maldonado, a 25-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on December 23, 2017, in Reading, Pennsylvania. He succumbed to injuries from multiple gunshot wounds sustained in the 1600 block of Perkiomen Avenue. The incident was reported to Reading Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
