Phillip Anthony Clark, a 44-year-old African American man from Erie, PA, tragically passed away unexpectedly at his home on September 5, 2018. Phillip was born on January 19, 1974, and is survived by his mother Loudella Glover Clark, three children, a stepson, a godchild, two sisters, and a brother.
