Deltwan Keyes, a 29-year-old male from Erie, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away on August 3, 2020, due to multiple gunshot wounds to the torso. His death was ruled a homicide by Erie County Coroner Lyle Cook. Keyes was one of two victims in a shooting incident that occurred in the 700 block of East Seventh Street in Erie. The other victim, 34-year-old Donta Carson, died from a gunshot wound to the head.
