On a summer evening in Erie, Pennsylvania, the life of 29-year-old Deltwan Keyes was tragically cut short. On August 3, 2020, Keyes was fatally shot, becoming a victim of a violent double homicide that also claimed the life of 34-year-old Donta Carson. The Erie County Coroner's Office later determined that Keyes died from multiple gunshot wounds to the torso. A third individual was also wounded in the shooting but survived.
