Jemar Phillips, a 35-year-old African American man from Erie, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on February 14, 2016. Phillips was known for his passion for barbering and his dedication to his family. He is remembered fondly by his loved ones, including his fiancé, children, siblings, and many nieces and nephews.
