In the summer of 2020, the life of 34-year-old Donta D. Carson, Sr. was tragically cut short on August 3rd in Erie, Pennsylvania. A male resident of the city, he was fatally wounded by a gunshot to the head in what the Erie County Coroner's Office would rule a homicide. The incident that claimed Carson's life also resulted in the death of another man, 29-year-old Deltwan Keyes, who succumbed to gunshot wounds to the torso. A third individual was also wounded in the shooting but survived.
