Duane E. 'Boomp' Buckner Jr., a 37-year-old African American man from Erie, PA, died unexpectedly on October 31, 2019. He was known for his contagious smile and love for music and sports, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers. Duane was an avid runner and a consistent presence in his daily workouts around town.
