Justin Wiley, a 22-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on July 2, 2015, in Erie, Pennsylvania. He was fatally shot in the head with a .38 caliber bullet while driving near West 19th and Chestnut streets. The bullet was fired from one of two guns used during the incident. Wiley was a former Cathedral Prep football standout and was well-loved in his community.
