Isiah Xavier Wiley, an 18-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Erie, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on June 6, 2016. Isiah was born on May 31, 1998, and was known for his love of cars, rapping, and fashion. He was attending Strong Vincent High School at the time of his death and was adored by his family, especially his nieces and nephews.
