Justin Wiley, a 22-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on July 2, 2015, in Erie, Pennsylvania. He was fatally shot in the head with a .38 caliber bullet while driving near West 19th and Chestnut streets. The incident occurred after a violent history between Wiley and the suspect, Dawuan D.
