Rashid Anderson, a 26-year-old African American man from Erie, PA, tragically lost his life on January 5, 2014. Rashid was killed in a shooting at a private party held at the East Erie Turners building. The incident occurred just before 1 a.m., marking Erie's first homicide of 2014.
