In the West Oak Lane section of Philadelphia, on the evening of March 15, 2020, the life of 25-year-old Anthony Warren was tragically cut short. That night, Philadelphia Police officers responded to reports of a shooting on the 7800 block of Gilbert Street. Upon arrival, they found Anthony Warren suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his head and torso. He was rushed to Albert Einstein Medical Center, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced dead later that night.
