Terrance D. Smith, a 28-year-old male, tragically lost his life on December 16, 2018, in Columbus, Ohio. He was found shot multiple times in the rear of a duplex in the 700 block of East Mithoff Street. The Columbus Division of Police responded to the scene and launched an investigation into his death.
