Brandon D. Meeks, a 29-year-old man from Columbus, OH, was tragically shot to death on December 11, 2017. Meeks, who was handicapped and used crutches, was found inside his South Side home on East Barthman Avenue. He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after police arrived in response to a shooting report. Two other individuals were injured during the incident, one of whom was transported to OhioHealth Grant Medical Center in stable condition.
