D'Shawn Emmanuel Lemon Sr., a 51-year-old Black male from Columbus, Ohio, tragically passed away on September 19, 2021. He was fatally shot in the face at the 900 Block of E. Weber Rd. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Lemon and two other victims who had been shot. While two victims were transported to hospitals, Lemon was pronounced dead at the scene.
