On December 10, 2017, Brandon Bridges, a 31-year-old male from Columbus, Ohio, was found with life-threatening injuries on Rarig Avenue. At approximately 8:26 p.m., the Columbus Division of Police received a call regarding a shooting incident at the 900 block of Rarig Avenue. When officers arrived, they discovered Brandon had been shot. He was transported to Grant Hospital by emergency medical services but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at 8:58 p.m.
