On April 29, 2023, a tragic incident occurred in north Columbus, Ohio, resulting in the death of 53-year-old Edgar Romero-Gutierrez. The shooting took place at approximately 9:28 PM in the 2200 block of Webster Canyon Court, at the intersection with Maple Canyon Avenue.

Columbus police officers responded to reports of a shooting and found Romero-Gutierrez suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident shocked the local community ...
