In the early morning hours of July 5th, 2010, a sense of unease settled over a North Nashville neighborhood. An anonymous 911 call, placed at approximately 4:30 a.m., broke the quiet of the morning, directing authorities to a vacant residence at 1817 15th Avenue North. Inside, a grim discovery awaited the responding officers. The body of a woman, later identified as 51-year-old Rosalyne Williams, was found lying on the floor.
