Vian Ahmed Kasim, a 31-year-old Kurdish woman, was tragically found shot to death in her car in South Nashville, Tennessee, on the morning of May 26, 2017. Her body was discovered inside a Kia Soul parked at the Swiss Ridge Apartments on Swiss Avenue. The discovery was made by Metro police at around 8:00 a.m. that day. Kasim reportedly lived on Bell Road, raising questions about her reason for being at the apartment complex at the time of her death.
