Rosemary Curtis, a 75-year-old Caucasian woman, passed away on January 19, 2018. Her death was initially considered natural, but further investigation revealed it to be a homicide. Rosemary Curtis was one of the victims of Billy Chemirmir, a suspected serial killer who targeted elderly women in North Texas. Chemirmir, a 46-year-old home health worker, was indicted on multiple charges of capital murder, including the death of Rosemary Curtis.
