Obdulia "Lula" Hernandez, a 41-year-old woman of Hispanic ethnicity, was tragically shot and killed on February 12, 2010, outside CJ's Cantina and Billiards in Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred just before 10 p.m., and the suspect was identified as her uncle, Arturo Zapata, 44. Zapata was quickly arrested by the police and taken into custody.
