Death by Force

Fassara Kouyate, a 37-year-old car wash employee, was tragically shot and killed on June 23, 2008, in North Philadelphia. The shooting took place near Broad Street and Lehigh Avenue in the afternoon. Fassara was at his workplace when the incident occurred around 4:47 p.m. After being shot, he was transported to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 5:20 p.m.
