Shakoor Arline, aged 25, was killed on November 6, 2015, in a tragic double homicide that occurred in Philadelphia's Fairmount Park. Arline and 32-year-old Lisa Smith were found shot to death inside a white Toyota Sequoia parked near Lemon Hill Drive.
