Death by Force

On December 25, 2022, 33-year-old Jose Rodriguez was tragically shot and killed on the 4400 block of North Franklin Street in Philadelphia, PA. Responding officers found him lying in the street and he was later pronounced dead at Albert Einstein Medical Center. Two other victims were also shot during the incident: a 43-year-old Hispanic male who was shot in the chest and a 22-year-old Hispanic male who was shot in the back.
