On the evening of Sunday, February 17, 2019, tragedy struck in a Philadelphia neighborhood, forever altering the lives of the family and friends of Raysonno Williams Jr. The 18-year-old Black male was on the 1200 block of South 60th Street when the sound of gunfire shattered the night. When police responded to the scene at approximately 7:27 p.m., they discovered Williams lying in the street, suffering from a gunshot wound.
