On November 19, 2023, at approximately 7:51 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to a shooting incident on the 7600 block of Ogontz Avenue in the East Mount Airy section of Philadelphia. Upon arrival, they discovered 35-year-old Terrell Jerome Sizer lying in the street, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he was listed in critical condition.
