Jasmond Welcome, a 33-year-old man from Chester, PA, was tragically murdered on September 18, 2021, in Philadelphia. He was discovered lying in the street on Old York Road with a gunshot wound at around 5:55 a.m. Despite being rushed to Temple University Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries that morning.
