Maurice D. Harper, a 42-year-old resident of Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on February 8, 2021. He was found shot inside a residence on the 2900 block of Rosehill Street. Alongside him, another victim, 61-year-old Thomas Burnett, was also discovered deceased at the scene. Medical personnel pronounced both victims dead upon arrival.
