Shaquille Mack, a 25-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on March 22, 2019, in Philadelphia, PA. He was fatally shot during a road rage incident that occurred around 9:14 a.m. on that day. Shaquille was a passenger in a GMC Terrain when a newer model, dark blue Chrysler 300 almost collided with his vehicle. Both vehicles stopped parallel to each other, and an argument ensued.
