James Henry Holland III, a 52-year-old man from Cleveland, OH, tragically died on July 23, 2021, from a gunshot wound to the head. The incident occurred in the Turney Town parking lot in Garfield Heights, Ohio. Upon arrival, officers found Holland with the apparent gunshot wound and he was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
