Sykea Patton, a 24-year-old woman from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost her life on November 19, 2021. She was shot multiple times while walking her twin 4-year-old sons home from school along the 800 block of North Preston Street in West Philadelphia. Patton was shot in the left chest, left arm, and lower back, and despite being rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, she was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
