Jehesel Garcia Colon, a 23-year-old Hispanic female, tragically lost her life on February 8, 2021, in Philadelphia, PA. She was found unresponsive on the floor of a bedroom in her residence on the 500 block of West Hill Creek Drive, suffering from a gunshot wound. A second victim, Steven Williams, a 24-year-old Black male, was also found shot multiple times in the same room. Medical personnel pronounced both victims deceased at the scene.
