Alisha Dixon, a 32-year-old Black female, tragically lost her life on December 4, 2020, in Philadelphia, PA. She was struck by gunfire on the 700 block of West Russell Street around 6:34 a.m. Responding officers found her suffering from a gunshot wound and immediately transported her to Temple University Hospital.
