Shakir Taylor, a 25-year-old Black male, was tragically murdered on August 24, 2022, in Philadelphia's Kensington section. At around 7:19 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting on the 3200 block of H Street. They found Taylor suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, including one to the head. Despite being rushed to Temple University Hospital, he was pronounced dead at 7:36 p.m. Witnesses reported seeing a black BMW fleeing the scene.
