Charles Aaron Bingham, a 26-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on September 24, 2022, in Philadelphia, PA. He was one of two victims struck by gunfire on the 5500 block of Pemberton Street. The incident occurred at around 11:45 p.m., when the victims were transported to the University of Pennsylvania Hospital-Cedar Campus in a private vehicle.
