Murdered

Saafir Richards, a 19-year-old male, was fatally shot on September 24, 2014, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The incident took place at around 5:01 p.m. on the 500 block of Watkins Street. When the Philadelphia Police Officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Saafir lying on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound to his neck. He was quickly transported to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was pronounced dead later that same afternoon.
