Zafir Abdur-Rahman, a 23-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on August 1, 2017, in Philadelphia, PA. He was shot in the head while standing on the 7700 block of Williams Avenue around 7:30 p.m. Abdur-Rahman was one of five men who were wounded in three separate shootings that night.
