Scott Williams, a 21-year-old male from Springfield, Ohio, tragically passed away on July 1, 2018. His death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred after he crashed his car at the intersection of South Spring Street and Selman Road. Responding officers discovered that Williams had been shot multiple times and pronounced him dead at the scene.
