Richard Belle, a 14-year-old from Springfield, Ohio, tragically died on December 17, 2023, following a shooting incident. The shooting occurred around 3 p.m. on the 300 block of Montgomery Avenue. According to reports, family members informed a 911 dispatcher that Richard had accidentally shot himself in the head. Emergency services arrived quickly, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
